Transitional Housing Placement Plus - Foster Care
For Youth Ages 18 - 20 Who Choose to Remain in Foster Care as Non-Minor Dependents (NMD's)
Housing Options
-Apartments with roommate(s) -Apartments without roommate -Single-family dwellings (houses, mobile homes, etc.) -Condos -College Dorms -Host Family (former foster parent or supportive adult) |
Services provided include, but are not limited to:
Ongoing Case Management, Life Skills Training, Money Management, Employment Support & Training,
Educational Assistance, Health & Nutrition Classes, Parenting Education,
Mental Health Services, Health Care Referrals, Advocacy.
